The Constitution of the International Young Scientists Association
Working Topics and Forms to be Maintained to Achieve the Purpose of the Association:
- To conduct research and studies to support education,
- To inform students and enhance their skills by organizing courses, seminars, conferences, panels, science days, nature schools, and project competitions, and to organize educational activities,
- To obtain all kinds of information, documents, and publications necessary for the realization of the educational purpose, to establish a documentation center, and to publish information bulletins for distribution to members through publications such as newspapers, magazines, and books in line with its objectives,
- To provide a healthy working environment for educators and students, to procure the necessary technical tools and equipment, fixtures, and stationery materials,
- To engage in fundraising activities and accept donations from within the country and abroad, provided that the necessary permissions are obtained,
- To establish and operate economic, commercial, and industrial enterprises to provide the necessary income to achieve the purposes of the statute,
- To open a local branch, establish a library, reading rooms, and social and cultural facilities for the benefit of its members and to make use of their leisure time,
- To organize meals, concerts, balls, theaters, exhibitions, sports, trips, camps, and entertaining events, etc. to develop and maintain human relations among its members or to ensure their benefit from such activities,
- To buy, sell, lease, rent, and establish real rights on movable and immovable properties required for the activities of the association,
- To establish a foundation, establish a federation, or join an established federation if deemed necessary to achieve its objectives,
- To engage in international activities, become a member of associations or organizations abroad, and carry out joint projects or cooperate with these organizations on a project basis.
- To ensure the recognition and protection of the legal rights of the members of the association,
- To establish a fund to meet the essential needs such as food, clothing, and other goods and services, as well as short-term credit needs of the members of the association.
